Matsyagandha Express Accident June 16 , 2004.

 

Dear All ,

 

Matsyagandha express , a train coming from Goa to Mumbai derailed near Mahad

on June 16 ,2004.At the last count some 14 peole died and several were

injured . I am trying to find the reason / reasons behind this disaster .

Given below is the time of the accident and the horoscope erected at that

time which is used to track the accident alongwith some apriory information

..

Apriory Information.

 

The Kokan Railwa is a new organization . The railroad took about 10 year

time for laying . It passes through Sahyadri range of mountains . The

mountains are made of volcanic and ferros rocks which are many times porous

.. This terrain receives very heavy and continuous rainfall during the

monsoon . The water seeps through the rocks , and loosens soils around the

rocks . In monsoon season , rock slides is a common phenomenon . At many

places rails have been laid by blasting through the mountains . There are

innumerable tunnels through which the train passes .

 

Last year a similar accident had happened . A big boulder came down the

mountainside and hit the running train . The train derailed and lots of

lives were lost . After that several steps were taken to reduce the danger

of rock slide , and a lot of money has been spent on the preventive measures

.. Yet this accident happened . It happened in an area which was denoted as

low risk area . Teh chief of Kokan railway was quoted as saying " After all

we did our best . But we cannot be God . So crestfallen was he .

 

Two days prior to the accident , and even at the time of accident , this

area received heavy rainfall . A train ( Kokankanya ) express passed the

same track , same day just 40 minutes before the fated train and reached its

destination safely .

 

The train driver is reported to have said that he did see the boulder moving

towards the railtrack and applied emergency brakes but the distance of 500

meters was too short for the breaks to apply without skidding . So the

train derailed .

 

Now back to the horoscope .

 

Gemini Lagna at 2 degrees , lagna nakshatra belogngs to Mars . Saturn is on

the edge of changing from Rahu to Jupiter . Sun in the nakshatra of Mars .

Thus Sun connects to the houses 6 and 2 through mars and houses 4 and 12

through mercury , while Saturn which is sitting in the same rashi connects

eight , thus other than the house 8 , all preparation for the accident is

ready .

 

Saturn and Mars are connected through Rahu and this connection was just

about to end as Saturn moves into Jupiter's nakshatra. Saturn gives results

very near the end of its tenor . So this situation was also ripe .

 

Of course , ashtamesh , and tritiyesh in lagna together is bad time . I

agree , but then this situation will keep on happening everyday at that time

for another month at least . So this was not what caused the accident .
