Dear Rajesh,

First of all, please furnish complete birth details.

Secondly, if the birth is recent past (Less than 12 years) then it is

too premature to judge the jathaka.

This being has seen children of totally Dumb and average nature

suddenly flowering in colleges and become brilliant students .

As far as Birth time is concerned, many different views like

SHIRODARSHANA, NADIKA CHHEDANA , BHUMI PATANA etc are prevelant but

the arguement of taking First cry as birth time is due to the fact

that ,

A being starts the life's journey when takes the first breath. The

shastras also say that the life span of a person is counted in number

of BREATHS a person takes in his life span. Thus Life's count down

starts from first breath a new born baby takes.

This event is generally associated with first cry.

Hope it would clear your doubts.

Dear Tatvam-Asi,

Thanks for your inputs. The details are as follows:

14th Feb 1976, 6:35 pm and 7:00 hrs W. Day light saving: yes. 1hour.

Place: 37n34, 122w19.

From this the person appears to be born Ashlesha. But does not

show the characteristics of one.

The mother happened to go into labor at 6:00 am and then later the

birth happened by a C-section operation in the evening.

From my analysis of the person, the person shows some

characteristics of Pushyami ( Pada 4) and Ashlesha ( Pada 1), which

appears a little weird.

Please do let me know if there is something you can figure out of

this.

Thanks,

Rajesh.

Saturn is rising in ascendant. It influences lagna and moon. Moon

happens to be the final dispositor in the chart, so the planet

influencing it closest would have a say in the appearance and mental

make up. Does the person have a nice and beautiful smile and nice

set of teeth? Is the face kind of round (prominent cheeks)

particularly during early childhood? There could be a dimple on the

chin.
