The Ascendent rising is Saturn sign, Moon Star and Moon's sub. So he is predominently represented by Moon and say 30% by Saturn. Moon is lord of 7th, meaning him to be very close to his partner. Sat also in 7th same results. Moon makes him moody, changable, unpredictable etc. Moon in Scorpio means he will unreliable in friendship, finacial matters and sexual behaviour. Moon in 11th alone, unsupported and in badhaksthana means health problems during Moon's periods. Moon in Scorpio also means overdoing things. May be like indulging in wines, pickles, chantni and watery/sour things and having eyes on many females etc. Saturn is sub-lord of 5th house in Cancer in 7th house. He may consider life without romance as life wasted. 7th house Sat means he will marry in Sat bhukti in the current dasa, love marriage. Wife hardworking, timid also unpredictable.
