Rao has written many books, some of which I have read and examined/followed some of the hints he gives within his narrative style. Those who are serious about learning astrology -- I recommend that they read his book on chara dashas of jaimini and particularly his comments on the sagittarius chara dasha. Parashara Light gives two ways of calculating Chara dasha, Rao and Parashara (?) == please try both and make up your mind! I have yet to find the real convincing truth behind Karaksmsha in rashi vs karakamsha in navamsha (don't respond superficilally unless you have read the book I recommend and know what I am talking about!)
