Birth Of A Government....Question of Time

Atmasnehi learned friends.

 

The question of Birth Of a cabinet/government has been troubling me

(may be dueto my very limited knowledge) for some time.

 

If, we are to equate this mundane event as a Birth, then, following

questions are troubling me.

 

A very knowledgable friend on another group has given his views but

being a Mudhamati, it is still a question to be solved.

If you, have not much problem, can this question be discussed?

 

 

DO WE TAKE A CABINET'S BIRTH AS,

 

Prime Misister's Oath Taking time or, If you equate it to a birth,,

can we call Prime Minister's oath taking time as,

 

1) shiro darshan time ?

2) Birth of Cabinet Time?

3) Oath taking time of the Last minister as Bhoomi Patan Time?

4) Time at which Man Mohan singh ascended the Chair of PM in PMO as

Rajyabhishek Time ?

5) First official address of the prime minister (as crying time of

the baby is taken as birth time)as the birth time of the govt.

 

 

Let us suppose that after some time(when 15th or 20th minister was

taking oath) all indications are there for a powerful yogas and

long life, how would any astrologer justify fall of a ministry?

 

I am really in need of this info.

These questions may sound silly. But that are very important to this

being.
