Good morning group,

wanted to share some thoughts on planets and aspects (have seen a lot

of posting on these issues lately).

1. Sun : gives self feeling in the house it is present. That house

(1,2,etc.) is the one that the person's ego identifies with.

One with Sun in 7th., would in his core nature love associations.

2. Mon : its presence in the house gives the emotional binding to the

aspects represented by that house.

One with Mon in 10th., would have an emotional father or may have an

emotional career. His mind would be father centric and career centric.

3. Mars : its house presence determines the area of life we would

spend our energy most. Its 4th.aspect may make the house represented

determined but its 8th.aspect makes that house aggresive. Ofcourse,

the condition of Mars is to be determined also.

4. Mer : The house where it is present will be the learning area of

the life and will be devoid of ego and self.

5. Jup : It invariably devoids one of one part of the things

signified by the house it is deposited in. However, its aspected

houses gain.

6. Ven : It destroys the house 12th. from itself and gives full

result of the house it occupies.

7. Saturn : It gives immense result in the house in occupies but

completely destroys the houses it aspects.

8. Rahu : Behaves like the lord of the zodiac of the house with a

trait focussing on the negativity of the planets.

9. Ketu: Synonomous to Jupiter in its behaviour with a trait that it

yeilds the spiritual nature of the planet , the zodiac it occupies.

There has been a discussion about Trikalagyna Yog, as I found in some

past mails. Some combinations that result in this yog are:

Please note that Ketu is the planet to be considered in all such

combinations. i have represented zodiacs as numbers (aries 1, taurus

2 etc.)

1. Ketu in 9, Sun in 5, Mars in 1

2. Ketu in Lagna, Jup aspecting it

3. Ketu aspecting Ven & Sat (in fact any connection between these 3)

(this is also Tapaswi yog)

In 1. the native wins over ego

In 2. the native gains divine knowledge

In 3. the native wins over instincts

any 3 of these can lead to the said yog.

Regards

Padma
