Guest guest
Is there any chance you misinterpreted her Amita? Given that you say she is a pious and religious woman, her words > "When i serve you i think i am serving god and see > god in you" She may have meant looking after you was not a problem at all, in serving you, she gets the same level of satisfaction as doing her pujas, (which must be a very high level of satisfaction for her), doing something for you in her eyes was serving God himself. Only a mother that loves her daughter so much would make that kind of a statement. I would feel so proud of a lady make that statement, why would you feel hurt so much?
