If the member made a mistake she could send a message telling that

she didnt want to post it and posted in error. She didnt do. Then,

again, when it created debate she was actively taking part in the

debate... she could tell even then that she didn't want to post it.

Even then later AFTER I have given warning in group, she posted 2

messages again on the debate, which I did not allow.

And now you say it was all her unwilling mistake and she should be

given a chance! Of course I have given her chance bec I put her in

moderation, it means that if she posted anything astrological I would

allow that, and disallow only any non-astro posts. If I removed or

banned her right then, it could be said that I have not given her a

chance.

I have disabled the posting ability of the member "explore_vulcan".

Since he has admitted that it is giving you satisfaction and bla bla.

Of course there is sense of power in my voice and that is natural,

because I do have power here and since power always comes with

responsibility, I will have to exercise my power in necessary

situation for the good of people here who want a good environment for

discussing Jyotish. That is why I will have to take any any

appropriate situation since it is my duty and liablity for some 1500

people.

Any of you interested in the member's articles or write ups may

contact him personally to collect them.

Tanvir.

Dear friends,

The whole episode has become most unfortunate happening in our group.

He has done far more, even then I kept 'forgiving' him over and over,

even then he blamed me for hipocracy and stretching the debate for

new new logics. But surely, if he feels that what he did was wrong,

and appologises to us all, I have no problem personally to let him be

here again. I just remember now that right before this, we exchanged

some 2/3 mails in private where he was trying to establish some wrong

understanding about the clock system. He was saying that 12:30 night

should be "00.30 AM" !!! He also said that, "there is nothing like

12.30 AM" !!!! I explained the whole matter to him in a polite and

absolutely jolly manner, since he was trying to establish that I was

wrong to say that 12.30 night is "12.30 AM"! And now I see that what

he did here unnecessarily, was the result of that, it was just his

intention to create mess ups, I feel sorry to see such people. The

sender first sends a political post then creating the debate, she

starts participating in it and Souvik says it was her unwilling

mistake! Even before that the person sent some petition to sign in,

you can see it ! All these were unwilling mistakes??? I put her on

moderation so that only her astro posts may appear here and not other

subjects, that was the least I should do and that was barely

necessary, that he called dictatory. I gave warning even then she

sent two posts in the debate, that I disallow here. And that was my

dictatory? LOL... here in a good group we gathered some 1500 people

and some are trying to promote it for "other sort of announcement".

But I can not let it happen since you people come here for a

particular topic, it's my duty to maintain the environment.

Each time Mr Souvik argues and then I explain things politely then he

again comes up with new charges and logics blaming me for hipocracy

and bla bla. Well I don't bother about all these, I am liable for the

peace and condition of this group, it's my duty to be so.

I am sure you people would understand that the total harmony and

peace of this group, which reserves all your purpose, is a lot

important than the presence of one particular member.

The topic is stretching again, I suggest all to forget it and move on

our way of Hora Shastra.

Thanks,

Tanvir.

Tanvir,

You are the boss. You own the group. And the group is

for astrology. In case you beleive they have

trespassed the basic nuances of decorum, just ban

them.

In fact my opinion is that any person who initiates

even a single article which is contrary to the ground

rules of the group needs to be banned.

You have not only been extremely fair, but also have

been extremely humanistic by just moderating the

posts.

So you dont even need to justify the reasons. If you

feel they are at wrong then just ban them and also ban

those who argue with you. We are with you because we

want only astrology here. Not any crap.

Regards,

John
