Dear Sir,

A beginner in astrology I am. :)

1) Mr Venkatramana sastry's assessment was excellent. Sir was your

conclusion based on something similar to what Mr Inder Vohra had

said. Mr Vohra indicated he looked into the sub lord of the 7th cusp

and the star, is your analysis something similar to that?

2) Nevertheless, I have question thats pondering mefor long, the

association of sun, merc in the 6th as in case of both the charts

that you are assesed in simha, sir even though 6th represents a

malefic house, I suppose malefics in bad houses do good isnt it?

also sun is in moola trikona along with budha which might cause

budha aditya yoga(even though combust).

3) Also 6th which represents the house of dieseases and enemies

shouldnt the presence of benefics alleviate the harmful events of

those house which comes at the cost of the benefic losing its powers

right! Please elaborate.

4) Also how do you explain the combination of sun, merc and jup in

the 6th in simha. Could anyone dissect it?

5)Finally, regarding marriage, I observe most of the analysis being

wmade with respect to the bhava or rasi, shouldnt navamsa be

considered. The navamsa being indicator of the strength of the

planet be taken into consideration?

Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks for your time.

I am a beginner too :-). And that's Mrs. Venkatarama Sastry, I am a

woman :-). No, I believe Mr. Vohra uses a different system than the

one I am learning. My analysis was very basic, based solely on the

natal chart, and a little on the navamsa. Since this is a marraige

related question, I only concentrated on the Lagna (basics about the

person), Navamsa, 7th (house of marraige), 2nd (enemy of marraige),

Upapaada (UL), Darakaaraka (DK) and Jupiter (husband - if this was a

man, you would look at Venus, for the wife). And, of course, the

planets ruling these positions, and the kaarakas, which took us into

the 6th and 8th houses. You also want to investigate any obvious

issues that catch your eye, even if they don't relate to the question

directly.

That is one factor, yes, malefics in 6th are good. The other is that

Sun is in its own house, and he was the DK in Sikha's chart, so the

indications for spouse were strong. This is not true Budhaaditya

yoga, since Me and Sun are too far away, but it does give Nipuna

yoga, giving intelligence.

Actually, no, having benefics does not help, really. For example,

suppose you have Moon in the 6th. This will make you compassionate

towards your enemies. :-) good for your soul, sure, but 9 times out

of 10, your enemies will get the upper hand in worldly affairs such

as litigation.

Yes, it should. However, analysis of the natal chart is always

important. The divisional charts add to this information, in the

relavent areas (as in 9th chart for marraige as you noted), but I am

being taught to always start with the natal chart and then go deeper

into the divisionals. As I mentioned, my analysis was a quick and

dirty one :-), but for the complete picture, certainly, you should.

Dear,

Implications can not be guessed with this much data.

Dear Sharmajee,

I am just wondering that there may be talks about your mariage right

now. Reasons are Jupiter is in your seventh house from ascendant and in the

second house from Moon. Okay it is easy to get the marriage done for a girl that

too you have Guru bala right now so can be done easily if you do only one thing.

Wear a ring made of yellow sapphire on a Monday and the marriage may occur

before August and best of luck in this regard.

You have Venus dasa and the venus is having vargottama so pray to Lord Vishnu

daily and he may get a lot of money and success.

Best of luck

A. Ramani.
