Can you please explain how you came to the conclusion that there was

shani-surya shapit yog and shani-chandra vish yog? Will these yogas

happen based only on the planet positions or on aspects also?

Dear Beena,

 

There is an anecdotal saying that indicates that if the karak for a

bhava is placed in the relevant house, it creates delays and

problems with fructification of that house. In your case, venus

(natural karaka) and moon (chara kalatrakaraka) are placed in the

7th house and though moon (DK) there is in own house have caused the

delay. In awastha these are not very satisfactory, hence lend weight

to their posing a challenge to you during this lifetime and yet

creating the frustration and a feeling that something is missing

from life, at least intermittently.

 

When saturn transits through leo, nove 2007 onwards there would be

some progress but it may not last. After July of 2007 the situation

seems better. Saturn transiting through 7th house (prior to 2007)

would seem attractive, but it also coincides with sadesati and

transit over the two karakas and the 7th house. I have a feeling

that there would be a lot of efforts made when saturn transits the

7th, from your side (you and relatives). I must urge you to exercise

caution during that period and to not hastily agree to a match. My

advice to you would be to begin fasting on saturdays right away. An

organization like 'Big Sisters' women, catering to the needs of

emotionally or otherwise deprived younger girls would be something

you might consider putting your energies in. Do this, not to gain a

relationship, although how can you avoid such when you put your

heart and soul in uplifting that of a little 'sister'. Perhaps not

the relationship your question seeks but Love brings all sorts of

magic in life.

I am assuming that this was in response to my reading (you did not

mention specifically). I generally advise people to make sure they

do not have a health condition that would make the fast harmful to

health (such as if you have diabetes, etc) then to begin with slowly

reducing food intake (always drink a lot of water with some lemon

juice maybe, but no fruit juices, tea, milk containing drinks etc)

then to move to a liquid diet (soup etc). You then begin missing a

meal and work up to the extent possible. During the first hour after

the moment of sunrise, and one hour after sunset, try to be in a

silent and meditative or devotional state (do pooja etc if that is

your kind of thing, or just silent contemplation). The point is to

make the body suffer a bit. A few people say, "I can start fasting

right away, full nirjala type and it would not bother me". Well if

it does not bother one, then the fast does not work that well in a

spiritual way, unfortunately ;-) The body needs to feel hunger and

to suffer a bit!
