Time zone: day saving time +1 hour => 4 hours. 45e42, 43n20 Lagna - cancer Saturn-mars in 12th house. The point of moon's eclipse (5.05.2004) was in 10th house with sun-rahu in aries. Ahmad Kadyrov (president of Chechnya) was born on 23.08.1951 (don't know the time of birth) in Karaganda (Kazachstan)49n50, 73e10 (TZ 6:00 hours). And the point of sun eclipse (1/09/1951) was in conjunction with sun-ketu-mercury®-venus® in leo. Natal moon - in aries (sidereal zodiac). Best refards.
