Dear Kaimal Jee,

 

For the following reasons SA is popular to west -

 

1. Westerners are generally bothered and confused with aparent

looking contradictions and huge number of theories Jyotish owns. We

all know the theories, available in BPHS, but can't apply them well.

Well, very few of us can do some of it.

 

2. SA is some times better result giving than western systems.

Because it [sA] has some blood of VA [Vedic Astrology] remember! So

that part of it sometimes give result which is better than wester

systems bec WS [western system] is generally a psychological analysis

and not prediction-oriented.

 

So people from west like SA.

 

When I *came to know* about SA theories [but didnt apply them yet] I

already knew it can't be possible, all bogus theories. And the first

chart that I tried to do with SA was of mine, and it didnt match at

all. Like SA says my moon is bright and non afflicted, it's AD should

be excellent, but in general it was really painful and troublesome.

Also theories like conjunction for 5 degree and affliction methods

never make any sense, nor their remedial system that without 6,8,12

lords ALL are benefical and you can wear their stones!!!! Another

damn mistake of SA is that, any malefic lord [6/8/12] would do bad in

EVERYTHING, and that many people believe who dont practice SA! Thats

very wrong.

 

Surprisingly, I went far like 30% deeper with only 3/4 charts in my

life, and with this SHORT TRAVEL I have developed my *OWN* (yes,

completely OWN) theories to EXPLAIN the facts in the charts I have

seen. [like, I tried to find the answer, "WHY IT HAPPENED THEN IN

THAT YEAR?"] Well I also learn from small lookings at so many charts,

and all of my own theories work in other charts. And later I saw that

my start theory has some similarity with KP but is a lot simple and

but more useful I would say. You can read all my written articles in

my articles page and grab the theories I used there and try to apply

them in other charts of people you know, and see what happens. ALso

you can apply SA theories to charts and see. I have saved some

excellent posts on SA in other lists, I have them. It's just a money

making policy and Gurus like Sanjay Jee and Narasimha Jee is well

aware of them and Sanjay Jee once said that we would have to do

something against them who is altering jyotish and using it to make

money. Narasimha Jee politely said that he has bought a lot of books

on SA and tried it a lot but he never found it to be valid.

 

If God allows I want to seriously devote a few months to Jyotish

after July and find some more theories of TRUE JYOTISH. That is NOT

in my fate to involve in Jyotish that time, because I know my chart,

but I would try :-)
