Astrology at Stake??:Still Unanswered: Some Questions Posted

Hi members,

 

Still seeking answers to these questions about Astrology:

 

Any help/comments/suggestions/criticism would be extremely welcome!!

 

 

I had some questions:

 

"everything that has a beginning must have an end"

 

1. When were the planets created. Does each of the planets too have a

horoscope. Well, if Ganeshji can have a horoscope then why not the

planets? Then, Saturn will have all the planets (perhaps) except

Saturn itself in HIS the horoscope! What was the timing or Order of

creation of the planets? I mean Sun first, then...Since the planets

were not eternal, they got created some point of TIME (both wrt the

BIG BANG theory or the Vedic Theory) and thus they must come to an

end (Destruction). So what is considered in their horoscope?

 

"horoscope is nothing but a snapshot of the celestial organization at

any point in time"

 

2. If a child (human or otherwise) is born on Mars, will Earth be a

benefic or malefic towards him. Is Earth a natural benefic or malefic

to other planets?

 

"Zodiacs/Constellations are a collection of stars"

 

3. In Time, there was a time when these zodiacs, nakshatras, planets

nothing existed. Then there was a time that they did exist. So what

is the "Horoscope" of Taurus Zodiac or Ashwini Nakshatra? I am sure

that they are not eternal. So can their time of destruction be

predicted? What will be the factors that determine that?

4. Can astrology by merely seeing a chart(horoscope) say that it is

the chart of a Nation or an indivual or a cat or of the Time a person

has had lunch with his Boss?

Dear Sauvik,

So many discussion in one thread becomes difficult to handle. Why

not one by one.

My views are like this :

The astrology deviced by our sages for human beings may not be

applicable to other bodies or animals etc in the same form.

But as everything is govrned by universal law so some other astro

may be applicable to other beings.

Like say everything Jupitarian say money, crop production , fat ,

wisdom , shares etc fall under Jupiter conciousness.

Jupiter conciousness will behave in certain manner at certain point

of time say rise in production, or high shares etc or when Saturn

conciousness influence say loss of production low fertility etc.

Now these Jup or Sat conciousness will be governed by certain

universal law or astrology. But how it effects a human being is to

be seen in his chart.

Does anyone know any gemstone, mantra, yantra for weight/fat loss? I have tried

many things like pills, diet etc but still need to loose weight and thought

Just sharing my views ..

 

a) If planets have horoscopes .. then they obviously

are on the lines of Newtons laws and laws that might

yet still be discovered ... because the rest as we see

in our lives really dont matter to them !!!

If You are talking about the planets that are potrayed

in mythology then presuming that they have events

happening to them as well they must be having

horoscopes as well ... I believe

 

 

b) Firstly there is no way of judging horoscopes of

aliens from our point of view simply because what is

important to them might totally be devoid any

identifyable structure that we to ...

Secondly of all the planets considerable strength is

given to Moon .. since planets like saturn/jupiter

have many moons ... there is no gaurantee that the

strength ascribed to earth will be strong to begin

with .. weather it is malefic or benefic is again

something that they have to evolve and no one can say

anything about it .. if astrology is believed to

be revealed by the divine then it shall be revealed by

the divine to the inhabitants of

those planets as well ...

 

supposing a human child was born on a different planet

and was subsequently brought back to earth, assuming

such a child survives ... the point of it;s birth was

subjected to many different planetary strengths ..

however as it starts to grow on earth it is

subjected to planetary influence from the point of

view of earth ... now who can predict what will happen

when there is no precedent? and what would be the

point in predicting as well !!!

 

Now is the child is going to be reared on this

different planet as well then by then probably god

will reveal the laws applicable there as well !!

 

 

c) Obviously they wont to our laws .. if

someone can identify to the laws which Taurus zodiac

s to then surely their time of destruction

can

be predicted ... just as a counter question .. why

shouldnt the laws of physics be applied in such cases

as astrological principles for inanimate things??

 

Anything dead wont have a psychology that we identify

to be human (or living) so it wont confirm to the

rules that are laid down in astrology as well .. I

mean

what does an exhalete sun mean to a stone on a road??

that it will shine at that time and will not be

stamped by a person walking on the road??? I believe

the stone is not concerned with either of that because

to begin with it probably was a huge single rock that

broke down with time !!!

 

 

d) If you keep going into antar dasas ... u can give a

minute to minute prediction .. however the rules to

apply to understand the influence of say something

like:

Saturn/ketu/rahu/jupiter/mercury/saturn/venus/mars

breakup dasa will be so mind blowingly complicated

that, your boss lunch would seem best left to what

it deserves .. uncared for and unidentified and

unaccounted for ...

 

My great grand father was a very great astrologer and

was supposed to be able to identify if an animal or a

human child was born at any given instant .. however

these is no documented proof except for legends that

keep coming back from him ... anyhow he was a Medha

dakshina murthy uapsak .. and had vak suddhi .. so

maybe his intution had its roots beyond astrology as

well ...

 

Again astrology always deals with the course of events

that each planet can set in motion provided we

identify the starting point ... the rules themselves

dont change weather it is a cat dog of a country

subject to the limitations that they have from a

normal human life ....

 

There is always a starting point for a human life a

cats life .. but what about a country???? the

geological land of the country was always there from

maybe the first time a continental shift happened ...

but we take the birth of country to have a starting

point from the day it was named as one country .. I am

not sure how valid it is ... because we dont count the

horoscope of our baby based on the day we name it

instead of the birth date!!

 

I believe Astrology is only a means of indicating

where we stand in the grand scheme of things in our

journey back to the source ... and should be looked at

from that point of view only .... overanalysing it

neither can help the cause nor deter it ... let's make

our learning astrology a journey through discover and

not an invention ...

Dear Surya,

Good thoughts.

You are right we should not over-analyse astrology.

In addition to the several planets we may be having so many other

influences ,that is why we live differently as compared to our

forefathers say about 200 years ago. And 200 years from now our way

of living will look primitive to the then generations.

Planetary position just gives some indications to how various

conciousness or fortunes etc are working for us.
