Guest guest Posted April 29, 2004 Report Share Posted April 29, 2004 Hi SONU, In traditional Indian astrology, one's younger brothers and sisters are judged from the 3rd house of the horoscope; while elder brothers and sisters are judged from the eleventh house. In KP, the first younger brother/sister is judged from the 3rd house, next one from 5th house, next from 9th house and so on. In case of elder brother/sister, it is the 11th house, previous to that from 9th house and so on. KP sysstem gives you most accurate results. Hope this is ok. Jupiters is said to be Karaka for elder brother. I have not come across any authority mentioning the Karakatva for elder sister so far. Would somebody throw light on this point ? I think Venus and Moon being female planets, must have to do something with younger and eleder sissters. Good luck.
