Doubt in Vipareeta Rajyoga

Hello all learned members ji,

I want one clarification in "Vipareeta Rajyoga".

I was reading srath's wed page on the same topic (available at

http://www.srath.com/lectures/vry01.htm).

 

 

It says:

" It is evident from the above that the giver of Vipareeta Rajyoga is

Saturn, more so since he is the natural significator of the Dusthana.

Thus, VRY can also be caused if Saturn becomes a Yogakaraka (for

Taurus & Libra Lagna) and is placed in a Dusthana in debility/weak.

However, it is important that other planets should not conjoin this,

else their significations could be destroyed."

 

Now consider one chart on which some discussion was provided by

sanjay ji.

Details are :-

Date -> 26/04/1983

Place -> Longitude: 77E12 Latitude: 28N35

Time -> 8:20 am

 

In this chart:-

1. Asc is tauras

2. Saturn is yogakarka and is present in 6th house which is libra and

exaltion point of saturn. But note that saturn is retrograde.

 

So does this chart has VRY ?

 

Pls clarify my doubt....
