how to determine the winner in the cricket ODIs?

Respected Jyotishis,

 

Could anyone please tell me how to decide the winner in the one day

cricket matches...should we look for 3rd,6th and 11th house of the

countrys chart or chart for the commencement of the game?What is the

importance of moon with regards to these matches?
