The Moon moves to the 9th Degree of Libra, today, 4/6th......

starting at 9am, Tuesday... CST.....

Dear Friends:

Today, the Moon moves into the Sign Libra. What a 'happy' Sign, time it is when

the Moon returns to Libra. This is because the Moon & Venus, which rules Libra

are great friends.

Moon is Exalted in Taurus, the other Sign that Venus rules, so it's generally

thought to be very 'auspicious' when the Moon moves through, Libra as well.

Specific qualities of this transit can be:

A desire to be more harmonious during these days.

A softer, emotional center.

A willingness to get more along, with people.

A tendency to look for the 'compromising', 'Libran' ways of doing things.

A definite desire to distain confrontation.

See, if you notice the other, predominant quality of this 2 1/2 day Transit; 'Growing Inwardness'.

It occurred to me these last two days, as the Moon was beginning to Wane....

that the 'feeling' was like a balloon that had been blown up, with air, for 2 weeks!

hehe, and then, suddenly the air is being let out.

Slowly, at first, but you can feel that 'feeling' of psssssssssss, starting......

and that's how this Waning transition....feels...

So, if you feel that, this month, recognize that quality, and understand it as

the natural ebbing and flowing

of the Moon!

Then, allow yourself to be more inward over these next 2 weeks.

Re-flect and contemplate on the last period of life, of expansion, of projects....

This happens naturally, that when one finishes a 'project' one naturally ponders

did the project meet expectations?

Was there anything else I could have done to have made it more successful!

Now, think of that as the Moon Wanes.

This is the time, of natural Astrological 'Reflection'.

It happens after every Waxing Cycle.

The Waxing Cycle is to direct and project one's hopes, desires and dreams into

activities, and projects, in which one

can fulfill one's desires....

The Waning Cycle then represents the follow-up, reflective, re-organization, kind of period.

This Month, the Sun is also moving through it's last 7 Days of it's cycle through Pisces.

So, there's also this very 'end of the year', Piscian, quality also going on.

Allow yourself to also invest some time in the reflections of the entire last year!

April 13th,...is the first day, of the Sun's return to the lst degree of Aries!

Which represents the 'true' beginning of the Astrological, New Year!

o Full Moon Was Today: April 5th.... so Moon's only 1 day, really after the

Full Moon...

o One Caution during these Next 2 1/2 days of the Moon's Transit through Libra:

Ketu is in Libra, and the Moon & Ketu don't get along!

So, watch the exact time in which the Moon & Ketu, 'collide'.

14 Hours from now, at 11pm, CST....the Moon & Ketu will both be at 17degrees of Libra.

Try and be in bed, if you can, and perhaps, this collision will pass you by,

being in the sleep state!

If you have to be working or active, or are in different time zones, in 14

hours, from 'now', then be easy, not to strain, certainly don't be too 'angry'

at this time. Sometimes, Ketu acts like Mars. So, resist any impulse, at this

time, to be too fiery.

"Dear Jude: You've got your Astrological pulse, onto Mercury's Retrograde

motions and effects. I often get many emails from people describing all kinds

of manners of frustrating, mistakes, and decisions that get made during these

Transits.

I especially, like the one's from a couple of my friends who work in Accounting

firms. They've noticed now, for a couple of years, that every time, Mercury

goes Retrograde, all their clients send in their paperwork, with enumerable

mistakes and clerical errors.

I generally tell everyone, that the regular Retrograde motion of a Planet, not

only represents a 'less strong' time, of it's natural functioning, but also a

time, when Nature is resting that Planet.

If you look at Retrograde in this way, and take the extra time, to think things

through during this transit, then

Mercruy's retrograde will not be as harmful.

This Transit, will only last till April 30th, when Mercury goes direct, again!

This 'expression' is fascinating to me, because it incorporates 2 important aspects of Astrology.

'Do what makes you happy'.... is a very Jupiter'ish' kind of expression. It's

very Jupiter: 'expansive',

and 'dharmic'. Dharma means that which is the most evolutionary for one in

one's life. And bliss,

or happiness are often described as the Sign, of moving in your 'right' direction.

And 'Don't Strain', definitely refers to Saturn. Saturn represents the path.

So, it's important to 'do',

that which you're supposed to do, but do it in the right fashion!

I loved this quote that came across my computer desk, a couple of days ago.

It occured to me, then, that one could interpret important, Expressions or

Philosophys, Astrologically.
