Dear Sanjay & All:

I always used to think in terms of loosing Ego, especially related to

spiritual advancement and or getting closer to God...

but my Guru, has an interesting twist on the subject. He says: "Ego does

not need to be eliminated, but expanded. We need to expand our Ego till it

embraces Cosmic ego. Then, will be found the true Ego. Life is like a

tree. When it becomes full, within itself, then it is found bowing down.

Like that, become full within yourself...then ego will be tamed.!

Sincerely,

Mark Kincaid

PS....for those of you who have not heard, I also write a Jyotish
