Guest guest
All: My aim here is to keep giving what I have. My SELF is a tuning process. Every stage for me is tuning of the SELF. If I fall, I will get up again and give back to the SELF. I take great courage to explain the power of the SELF through the story of a Princess. Please keep focus on the core ESSENCE. I will be happy if it makes some sense and touches that core inner being of YOU which is nothing but the same in ME. If it does touch IT, I will feel IT. If it does not, it is fine too :-). Nudity and related aspects have pervaded our culture in many ways. LEt me try to explain how I see all these in relation with the EGO, SELF and extrapolate the bliss of Consciousness. Once I read the story of a princess. One day, when she was 18 or 19 yrs. old, she took off her clothes and began to go naked around the palace. Many methods were tried to cure her, but no matter what anyone did or said, she would not put on any clothes. Her parents consulted physicians. They worshipped all the deities. They sent for holy men to practice different mantras and tantras. but nothing that anyone did could change the condition of the princess. Then one morning a great Yogi happened to pass by the palace. HE stood outside the gate to ask for alms. repeating the mantra "Alak Niranjina". Alak Niranjina means "I am that supreme Principle which is totally pure and cannot be perceived by the SENSES." The moment the princess heard those words, she called to her friends, "HURRY AND BRING ME MY CLOTHES". She put on a Saree and some ornaments. Then she went to the kitchen and got some food, gave it to the YOGI, and returned to her room. The King was bewildered by his daughters actions. He asked her "O daughter, for so many days you stayed naked. No matter how much money we spent, no matter how much worship we did, no matter how many mantras we repeated, you would not put on any clothes" Why Why Why ? Why ? What happened today???? :-) :-). Does anyone know why? "O father" said the princess. "Should I tell you the TRUTH? Some time ago I realized that I was without knowledge of the SELF and that, without that Knowledge, I was as good as DEAD. That is why I gave up my clothes. Since I was a DEAD person surrounded by other DEAD people, why did I need clothes :-)?. When a person is DEAD, what SHAME does he or she HAVE? What shame? Tell me, what SHAME? But when the Princess saw that YOGI, she said " I realized that I knew the TRUTH, and that the YOGI was fully ALIVE. Therefore I felt ASHAMED to be naked in his presence, and so I put on MY clothes". There is great meaning in the words of the princess. The great being Rama Tirth said "Unless I know YOU, I am not truly LIVING". St. JOHN of the cross said " I live without inhabiting my SELF, in such a wise that I am dying that I do not die". When a person is far away from the SELF, how can he be said to be ALIVE.? How ? How ? I say with all the POWER and COURAGE in my SELF --> """A person who does not have the inspiration of the SELF, a person who considers himself or herself different from the SELF, is not a LIVING BEING at all. He is dead, buried under a thick blanket of IGNORANCE. """" I REPEAT AGAIN: The Isa Upanishad warns the students of Brahman not to take sides while approaching Brahman. Those who worship the unmanifest (asambhutim) enter blinding darkness and those who worship the manifest only (sambhutim) enter into greater darkness. The right approach is to worship both and realize one through the other. --OM TAT SAT.
