Thank you for your detailed answer Nina,

 

I wonder something more, since I am a Muslim, I am not sure about

worshipping, as you know, we only "worship" the One, as we call Allah. I

will substitute all the worshipping objects to the One. I think you intended

me to mentally concentrate on the One to feel better. Am I correct?

Allah is the supreme power .What names we use for the higher power

might be different.But if we use our heart to ask for help instead

of our mind then supreme power listens to us .
