Neechbhanga of planet-----> Sharma, Guru neecha for Cancer

Hi Sharma:

 

Retrograde is not the most effective cancellation for debilitation.

 

The most effective cancellation for debilitation is if the deb.

planet is exalted in Navamsa or in own Navamsa. Remember Rasi is the

Tree and Navamsa is the Fruits.

 

Now the most effective is malefic, retrograde, debilitated and

vargottama. This is a beautiful combination. Eg: Saturn in Aries in

5th, vargottama and retrograde acts very close to an exalted

condition.

 

Benefic retrograde loses potency. Mars and Saturn, malefic in their

retrograde motion, do good to the native where as Mercury, Jupiter

and Venus lose potency in their retrograde motion.

 

Guru functional malefic, retrograde will most certainly effect the

health plane (liver or gall bladder area).

 

For Cancer ASC:

 

The classification of Jupiter as a benefic might seem perplexing

since it also carries the taint of its lordship of the 6th.

According to our principles, Jupiter's mere combination with an

angle or an angular lord will not produce raja-yoga when this is the

situation.Why then does Parashara see it mostly as a benefic?Note

that Jupiter is the lord of the 9th for a Cancer ascendant, the

strongest trine. As lord of the 6th, it rules only the 2nd strongest

trishadaya house. Could it be that this is why it "wins out" as a

benefic? The answer is YES :-).

 

Now for your query: Guru in 7th Neecha and retrograde, will spoil

7th Yuvati Bhava but will give to 11th and Lagna thru Guru Drishti

(due to it being functional benefic). BUT, BUT ....-->being lord of

6th for Cancer ASC , due its retrograde nature, it may give problems

to HEALTH. So be careful!!!
