Shiva represents Triguna hence,

Sani/Rahu=Tamasa Roopa of Shiva

Moon= Satva/Rajas (shukla and Krishna) Roopa of Shiva

Hence if you have problems due to Sani, Rahu or Moon, please pray Shiva Maharaj.

Yes, I really agree with this view. I have worked with Shiva Mantras

and found them to be linked with Sani esp. IN RESPECT OF MOON, IE It

works on Sani but ALSO ESPECIALLY when Moon is linked. That I already

mentioned earlier. Shiva has Moon over his head, his wife is Parvati,

Who is Gauri at brighter half of the month - moon.

Thanks Hemant Jee.

Regards

Tanvir.

slightly deviating, but adding on to discussion....

we all know from ramayana that raavan was a great devotee of Lord Shiva. from

the boons granted by Shiva, he became so powerful that could control even the

movements of planets. it is believed that shani (saturn) was in his captivity

for several years. but when hanuman burnt lanka, he also liberated shani. so

shani dev has a great respect for hanuman.

it is hence also believed that one who prays lord hanuman with great devotion

will not be hassled by shani.
