Dear Flick:

Actually, I look at the transits primarily from the Rasi chart.

Supposedly, one is able to look at the transits from both the Moon chart and the

Rasi rising sign, but...after looking at the transits for several years, each

day...looking at both ways...

I found the Rasi chart rising, more accurate....

Mars & Rahu is still getting closer, each day. Today, Sunday,

Mars is at 18:58 degrees and Rahu's at 19:43 degrees of Aries.

I'm laughing to myself. My natal Moon is 17 degrees Aries in the 10th and

I've just been going through several days of being incredibly short of

patience (I'm usually pretty easy going).

That's a definite symptom of Mars & Rahu, presently battling at 19 & 20 degrees

of Aries, too.

And then you add your Natal Moon being there, and today, Moon, itself, in the transits,

is at 16 degrees of Aries... so that 'intensity' is not surprising....

I have Mars Raja Yoga Karaka and

Rahu exalted in 11th and I've found myself more determined about career and

goals over the last few days too. With Rahu involved, could anyone tell me

if my determination is misplaced (bear with me, I'm still very much a

student).

That determined quality can be due to even just Mars in Aries, right now...

and Rahu too is very strong...

the only danger, and the point I try to help people with, is not to get sucked into the

malefic moments...because those are leading us astray....and though we might even

feel good about it...

but then later we'll realize we've been sowing future seeds...of discord, and lack of success!

Well, that's what I'm used to from western astrology. However, I'm finding

using additional charts, turning the rasi to Moon or Sun for example, very

relevant too as it gives useful additional info, for transits as well.

But it's a very productive and creative time too for me!

I think the danger is if you get involved and don't stand back and see it

from the outside as well.
