For Scorpio ASC, lord of 9th is Moon. RAHU in 9th spoils bhagya

(good luck). RAHU always maintains enmity with MOON. However

interstingly, Moon is outright Yogakaraka being lord of 9th. It will

only be scared when RAHU shows up. So please, this MOON has to be

appeased. Otherwise it will harm (LAGNA-- PHYSICAL SELF), energy

levels and punya (good karma). moon in scorpio causes lot of

clinging and insecurities mixed with extreme dispassion and

disconcertedness (debilitation point of moon),

 

Ultimately past karma determines 9th (Saubhagya), therefore 2 people

with exactly the same horoscopes will have completely different

extrapolations. So it is imperative to do Karma (10th) and gain

(Phala) 11th. :-).
