Guest guest
All: The best state is the natural state. Or is it not? I have tried to give some of my views here. Is this the universal jyotish remedy that parasara is trying to say? Or is it not? Please bear with me and go through some of my views. Worshipping God a thousand times is as good as repeating a hymn once. Repeating a thousand hymns is equal to one repetition of the mantra. Repeating the mantra a million times is equal to one moment of the total stillness of good meditation. Meditating a million times is equal to one total merging in the SELF. Therefore, the scriptures say that to lose oneself in the SELF is the true repition of Mantra. Beautiful, Isnt it? There is no greater worship than the worship of the Inner Self. There is no greater divinity than the SELF. A person should consider his own SELF the Deity and should remain in the natural state at all time. The natural state is a state of complete stillness and satisfaction. The senses dwell in the senses. They are quiet within themselves. The hands are quiet within themselves. the mind is satisfied within itself. Everything is completely serene and free of action. That is the greatest worship. For the mind to observe silence is the true JAPA, the true mantra repetition. The highest meditation is the state completely free of thoughts and images. So let us immerse ourselves within our own selves. Isnt this one of the greatest "jyotish remedies" ? I will wait for your views. Aum Shanti Shanti Shanti. --Sanjay Aggarwal
Guest guest
-Dear Friends, What Sanjay says is 100% correct. The problem is how to practice it? The way for 'Ananda' is to reduce desires. How to do it? You are wearing dress daily. Develop your own uniform most suitable to you-underwear, shirt and pant. Once this is done, you are not attracted by other dresses-design, colour, pattern, cost etc. >From 15th January 2004, I am wearing suffron T-shirts. I got it for 10 dollars for 4 pieces in USA. Now I am not worried about shirts. I am yet to decide something in place of pants. This is only an example. Similarly you can do for all items of your requirements. Another thing: I have never purchased liquor in my life. I have taken when it is offered in parties occasionally. My brother in law is having a bar in his house. When I visit him, he will sometimes offer drinks and I used to take. Last time (After 15th Jan), when he offered as usual, I did not take it. The suffron shirt reminded me of my wearing it. Realising the situation, he also did not insist further. Thus, the practising is slow and gradual. Once you have the firm will, you can achieve things. -- In , "sanjaytechnology" <sanjaytechnology> wrote: > All: > > The best state is the natural state. Or is it not? Guest guest
But isn't this being attached to the idea of non attachment? There is actually nothing wrong with enjoying clothes, or anything else material, as long as you don't become attached to them, are able to give them up if they are taken from you, not worry if something is broken. The Buddha also taught the middle way between extremes. Enjoy the things of our holistic universe, but don't let them be the cause of envy, pride, dissension. When you begin to practice an aversion to something, you are highlighting that thing and giving it too much attention. If you deny your sexuality, you will think of sex a lot, if you diet you will always be dwelling on the thought of food. The answer is moderation in all things, and letting everything have it's natural place in your life. Guest guest
Yes dear, Very rightly said. Astrologicaly If you talk of only detachment 12th house, then you want to fuse all the houses 2nd to 11th , and talk of merging of 1st house directtly with 12th house.Life is not meant like that. Going through whole circle with balance approch is needed. Offcourse you should have strong Ascendent for that. , Flick <rubysun@n...> wrote: > But isn't this being attached to the idea of non attachment?
