Guest guest
Dear Friends: I'd like to add one comment. I haven't been a total vegetarian in all my 30+ years of meditating...and evolving...but... when I'm able to I often feel so great and lately do notice feeling much more refined and subtle without the more course qualities of meat. I think, therefore it would be helpful but not as crucial as meditation, itself for example.
