Dear Surya:

I love reading about Vedic knowledge. Having been a student myself for over

30 years now, it's still so stirring hearing about all the amazing ways that

Ved has understood life.

I've been on this yoga, sidha path now, for these many years and I can

attest to the amazing benefit I've received from years of powerful

meditative, transcendence.

I can remember, especially where my consciousness was at those 30 years ago

and I can only thank God....for being lead to this progress.

I can also attest to the extreme power that comes from the grace of God,

also of which opens up more....during transcendence.

Some don't realize that when you transcend.... you're actually not doing it,

a great understanding of transcending is that you let nature conduct the

process.

We begin it, so we gain benefit from that choice....but even a little

effortless, experience shows what my teacher always said, that nature or

God, is that which conducts transcendence.

We just start and let go...and God pulls us to himself....

The mind and heart....moves inward toward that transcendental glory not

through any effort...but by grace.

Conducted as it is....due to the increasing charm that each step

experiences... the whole process.... as if happens by itself...

Now, we can experience that moksha...is a natural and effortless process.

The only thing that's an effort is getting to a chair, twice a day! heehe

Though that is obviously more difficult then people realize sometimes....

But, once begun...it's due to the grace of God....that we transcend

ourselves, our minds, our hearts, our bodies....

and even, all our karmas....

I do believe, however, that karmas don't all have to be.....destroyed...

but we use them, like a boat...to get to the other shore...

The boat itself is inconsequential... It just serves us to find liberation.

Sincerely,

Mark Kincaid

Dear Mark,

You really are lucky what else can I say?? you seem to

be enjoying mental bliss all the time !!! I hope 30

years down the line this will also be my own story !!

You are right .. we need not get rid of karma ...

here is something intersting:

We need to do Punya (Good Karma) to elivate us to a

state where invite good things in life and the grace

of god .. after that neither punya nor papa matter...

it's just a process of submitting to the divine will

and accepting and willing to be worked upon by the god

....

I am not sure if you can talk about transcendental

meditation .. but I would like to hear the basis and

process in it??

Will you guys believe me if I told you that the other

day I met a person who came to conduct a yagna here

from the himalayas .. and his age was 115 years>?? and

he barely looked 40 years with almost 14 feet long

hair??? it took some 20 buckets of water to get his

hair wet for Puja :)
