Prediction of lottery nos using astrology & Reply Mark

Time zone is correct & so are the observations about moon & sun sign..

I want to do a research of finding out ways to predicting lottery nos using

astrological calculations ( Lottery where 6 out of 49 or 3 nos out of 9 nos are

picked).These lotteries are played in all most all countries Can anybody give

me some clue how to proceed in this project . I think there should be a

relation between Lagna Moon & other fast moving planets . Plenty of data base

is available . In some countries 3 nos are drawn twice or thice in day . Can

any learned friend can give me some guide lines from where to proceed using

astrology or numerlogy
