Guest guest
Jyotisha: Since this Jataka has finally come forward on the group, instead of insisting on private communications, I'd like some peer review on this case, for both of our sakes. Failing that, I hope that some Hindu Jyotishi will communicate with him directly. So just to bring you up on this from my point of view, here is the data of the Janma Chakra: Date of Birth: August 6, 1977Time of Birth: 1:30:00 amTime Zone of Birth: 5:30 East of GMTLongitude of Birth: 73 E 52Latitude of Birth: 18 N 32 Originally, the discussion opened with a query about whether his karma was like that of nina, clearly a renunciate birth. The Jataka had withdrawn from the world, and had studied the Gita for several months. With just a quick glance at the planets in the Rasis, without a proper birth date, I told him no, in no uncertain terms. He then asked me to guide him, saying that many requests to this group had been ignored. I asked for his birth data, and when it was forthcoming, I told him that he most definitely had a worldly career to follow, and that his Yoga Karaka in Ashlesha has the effect of making people able to delude others, and to be self-deluded. He then asked specifically about career and marriage. I asked for his location, in order to do a Prasna. He gave me Dresden. Here are the data for that Prasna. January 28, 2004Time: 2:05:55 pmTime Zone: 0:00 West of GMTLongitude: 13 E 44Latitude: 51 N 03 The indications of this converge with that of the Janma Chakra. This is not a particularly difficult birth to understand. The ruler of the 10th in the Rasi, Saturn (Yoga Karaka), turns up in key places in D9, D10, and in this Prasna and its D9 and D10. So he needs to stay the course in his career, and he is currently in a lot of mental conflict as a result of the tendencies of his chart ruler Mars, and that plays right into the confusion and delusion of Aslesha, the Nakshatra of the 10th ruler and Yoga Karaka. After telling him about this Prasna, which is the clearest thing I have ever seen, he then came up with a lot of questions covering the ground that I had already answered. I think that this Jataka needs to hear a voice out of his own birth culture. He is in a cold far place, and he has worked his dharma-screaming buns off to get where he is today; about ready to finish a doctorate program. Of course he did not tell me that going in, and so I was not able to give him an accurate reading on his difficult upcoming Ketu antardasa. Thinking about this further today, it occurred to me that the real answer about career and marriage may be "None of the above." There's something suppressed in this life, and that's why the same questions keep coming up, even after they've been answered. The The Yoga Karaka rules the 9th as well as the 10th. Ninth is about higher education, and he has done that part. But there is the greater meaning of Dharma, which he has apparently neglected in the process of preparing himself for a career. Maybe the best use of his 1-year Ketu antardasa would be to take a one-year Sabattical, and to just go Ketu-ing around India, reconnecting with the meaning of his Hindu birth. Being in a foreign country I found itvery difficult to share my personal fears with any oneat such depth. I also read your mail "O Brahmins!".I still have some questions, which will help me tounderstand few things in detail. And I will quote thedetails from your mail here.> The planets that rule your love life, Mars and> Jupiter, are in the 11th and 3rd in this Rasi, the> 11th and 6th in this Navamsha, and the 3rd in D10. > You've been noticed, but these relationsips need to> build through time. > I agree with you that Moon-Mars is when you are> likely to get married. A good marriage partner is someone who> can be friends; don't get hustled into anything that> you will regret later by those German guys.I agree with you that a good marriage partner is someone who can be friends and companion. Now since I amin a foreign country I am not surrounded by Indians. The people around me are have diverse roots. The placeI work is an International Research School and thereare research students from many different nations.I definately don't want to get married with a girlthat I don't know at all. Also since we both agreedthat Moon-Mars will the favourable time for mymarriage (year 2007) I don't want to be in any hurry. So giving my surrounding background the logic suggeststhat I will get married with a foreigner girl, if Idecide to stay abroad. But does my original birthchart and original Navamsa have any such indications? Though personally I don't have any problem withmarrying a foreign girl, my parents will oppose suchthing. On the other hand I will mary with only with agirl with whom I can share. Also why do you think that Jupiter is ruler of my lovelife? Is it because it is lord of 7th house in Prasnachart? I always had realy bad time in Guru antardasha. In my original Navamsa guru is occupying 7th house. How to propitiate this Guru?> You're still a year away from the career decision> that you mention, but frankly, there's nothing here> about independence. Saturn means stay the course. If I continue in my research field it will takeatleast 5-6 more years to become independent. Whatdoes my original D10 chart suggest about my career? > Another thing is that about a year from now, you> will enter Ketu antardasa which promises to be> difficult for career. You have Ketu in the 11th in> your janma chakra, in the 3rd in your janma D10, in> the 5th in this Rasi, and in the 4th in this D10. Ketu in my janma D10 is with moon in the 2nd house.> Ketu in the 4th in this D10 is a warning about Ketu> antardasa; it can destroy your entire institutional> situation. So there's this one-year Ketu crunch> between you and either marriage or prominence in a> your career. I think your fastest and best path is> to go through it with an austere lifesyle as a> researcher. Becoming independent will also get you> into an austere Ketu-esque lifestyle, but it goes> against Saturn.I am sorry, but I don't understand exactly what do youmean by destroying "institutional situation". By thetime I enter ketu anterdasha (23rd march 2005), thatwill be exactly the time when I will be hopefullyfinishing my Doctoral studies and I will have to makea decission about continuing in work field or workplace. So in that regards it may "destroy" myinstitutional situation, because there will be achange. Now considering presence of Ketu in 2nd housein original janma D-10 what is your opinion.kind regardschandra SiteBuilder - Free web site building tool.
