moon, venus, mercury and sun in 12th house, what does that mean?

hi,

I was told that i would only get married after age 23 and that i

could possibly become a doctor. also i was told i was manglik.i was

wondering if you could shed some light. also the moon, venus,

mercury and the sun are all in the 12th house, is that a problem?
