Dear Harish:

 

I think it depends....on which planets are in the 12th...

 

for me, with a libra rising... 22 degrees..9/4/51

I have moon & saturn in the 12th...

 

and for many years it both, simultaneously reflected lots of interest in the

positive side of the 12th....

but also a total lack of wisdom about handling money properly...

 

As a result...lots of sani, suffering...till I got a clue...how some planets

are happy there in each person's 12thh house...

and other planets...are more malefic...
