Dear Friends....

I'd like to make some comments about the amazing...and mysterious...12th

House...

I've read of both of the two extremes of possibilities regarding the 12th

House and I have to admit... I've found them to be very accurate...

I have a Libra Rising...and have both the Moon & Saturn in the 12th House.

And as early as I can remember...I've had both...a great love of the

Transcendent...God...and great...loss, ...feeling in my life...

Oh, yes...I have Jupiter in Pisces in the 6th....

So...I not only felt a great interest in the positive affairs of the 12th

House...God...and even ...transcendental experiences.....

however I also noticed I had plenty of the relative, materialistic

descriptions of lack of money, losses in terms...of happiness, loneliness,

shyness....etc....

However... an this is the interesting part...especially for our jyotish

remedies..group....

Immediately...when I started....'meditating'.... one great jyotish remedy..

and producing more restfulness and silence inside...my body, nervous system

and mind...

Immediately....the Sani grief...there....started to be less.

Then, many years later when I started studying Jyotish....and discovered

even more remedial measures....that I could ....pursue....

especially related...to Sani....

but even one's that could help me Moon, there....

again...I started.... experiencing...tremendous relief...in the painful,

negative.... sides of that house...

and then, miraculously.... much insight and progress and success in the

positive sides of the 12th house.... experiences of God.... spiritual

experience...etc....

I remember at one point, even, when I was contemplating....the nature of the

12th house...

And I was thinking.... but I want money!.....

ah...forgot to mention...

I have Sun, Mercury, Venus and Ketu...all in Leo...in the 11th...hehehe

So...why can't I attract more money....?

Then, I realized...there was a part of me...that was functioning...more as a

reclusive...especially in how I treat and interact with money....

And though I had no problem in wanting it, feeling deserving of it...

still it was not...to be found...

Then, it occured....that the 12th house...represents also...how we deal with

expenditures....

whereas the 11th house..deals with how we gain....

I have always been able to gain....but.... the 12th house also seemed to win

out!

So... I went to the library....and picked up all these books and videos...on

money matters and how one is supposed to treat and interact with money...

And the first rule I read...was one should have a savings plan....

One in fact should set a goal...for 6 months of one's 'expenditures'...or

expenses....that one has as a nest egg...

for protection....and financial security....

and this was just the first goal...in savings....

And then I realized...."Wow.... I don't think I've ever saved that much

money.

6-months? .... how about 6 weeks? or 6 days...?....maybe....

So...I stated on a savings..plan.... And I tell you the very first 7 or 8

months...were horrific...like pulling teeth...

but I remember how I felt after learning to save my first 1,000!....

wow... Iwas on cloud nine.... and that wasn't even the 6 months of

expenditures!

So...I persisted...and sometime...in the 2nd year...heheh

I reached that 6 month milestone...and for the first time, in my life...

I noticed.....not the intense, debilitating... exchausting...grief... or

pain due to no money!

That's got to be Sani...there!....hehehe

And for the very first time...I felt joy!...in money matters... and I

noticed whatever happend...whether the car needed repairs...or another...

unexpected expenditure...popped..up...

but for the very first..time...none of those...'12th house...expenditures'

bothered me!

And I realized...I had changed...my trends and tendencies.... and I had

found a jyotish remedy...that had plaged me for sooo long.

I also thought later...that perhaps I had felt 'guilty'....maybe spiritually

guilty....to look to money....for some solution....

but...also it occured...that money is to the world....what rest is to the

body and nervous system...

When you're well rested....you can handle the ups and downs...in life...

And when you're well...prepared financially....you're better prepared..to

withstand...the ups and downs...of outer, relative...life....

Also.... I found that by honoring...the more mundane, materialistic...

aspects of the 12th house... it didn't make me more materialistic!

which I'm sure I was afraid of...

but...in fact it allowed me to blossom...more... in terms...of the real

deep, spiritual nature...of the 12th house!

anyway....here's my thoughts....

Jai Guru!
