Problem was that in JHL Lite, it didnt' changed the time zone of Switzerland it was taking +5 only, so there was error in calculations. Yes, Lagna is Tula (Libra). KAY can be called, but prescence of 3 planets in Lagna breaks KAY. This is what I was taught. If one doesn't know / believes in this exception then KAY is there. That was What I was told / taught, KSY and KAY are not as common as people think. Any planet in 1st and 7th will break KSY / KAY. See the life of the persons who are supposed to have KSY / KAY and one is not counting exceptions. I guess vicky put up this question. Here is the answer. Vicky if you are reading this mail, then u can test in charts u have mentioned that persons are progressing exteremely well despite having KSY. Look if any of planet is conjoined with Rahu or Ketu OR there are any planets in 1st or 7th house, KSY / KAY will break.
