Check if Native has KSY( Cannot be Makara Lagna)

Hello Pratibha,

 

If the data given by you is correct, then the Lagna

cannot be Makara.

He has Tula Lagnarising at 18.57 Degrees.

Other members please correct me if I am wrong.
