Guest guest Posted December 20, 2003 Report Share Posted December 20, 2003 Hi, Consider following combination for LEO asc : 1.Saturn and Moon conjuct in 11 th house ie Gemini so saturn is at exalted position. saturn is in Gemini (ruled by Mer) ie, friends house and also moon is in friends house. But what will be effect of this combination on thinking process of person (bec moon + sat are conjoined) But : The moon represents ones mind, the primary stage where one plays with reality, where one perceives it and where expressions emerge. In many ways, Saturn is opposite to the moon. It has been described as dry, devoid of light and unemotional, lazy and slow, deliberate and unkind. Its influence is malignant, unrelenting and dreadful. So what kind of results are expected in such combination. Note that saturn is exalted in Navmasa also. Yes, Saturn in Gemini is very favorable and very friendly. Also, Saturn is a functional malefic for Leo ascendants due to Lordships of 3 and Dushtana 6 houses (according to the "Sage Parashara") However Saturn is powerful and friendly in Gemini and will give good results for you but you will have to work very hard. Moon has lordship of 12th. So it will give results by association. So coming back to Moon and Saturn in 11th in Gemini. Will give good results only by good aspects. Also Saturn and Moon do not form an yogas. I would say Saturn is definitely friendly but functional Malefic. Moon is not well placed in Gemini. Will make person work very hard to give good results and there will be constant mental tensions. Thanxs for your response. Moon and saturn has aspect of mars (4th aspect) which is in 8th house in rashi chart. Mars + jupiter are in 8th house in pisces sign which is ruled by jupiter for leo asc.
