Guest guest
Dear Jacquiec: You should be very careful before you take, especially any negative prediction, as 'truth'. You should get the opinions of 'several' good jyotishees as there is much more to one's chart then the fact that Mars & Venus are in the 8th House. But, that being said, 8th House significations warn us. The 8th House is the House of 'Lifespan', hence length of life is looked at from there. But, the 8th House is also thought of as the House of 'Transformations' so getting out of the tendencies that you've created, conquering old chronic patterns, is also looked at. One way to tell if Mars is acting maleficlly is to look at your experience. Are you prone to 'accidents'? This is one of Mars' malefic qualities and as such, if we don't address this tendency then one could have a life-threatening accident. Happens all the time to people. Even a heart attack is a sudden end. But, Vedic Science, especially Ayurved, says: "Focus on Life.' Even terminally ill people are encouraged to focus on themselves, living not dieing. But, we shouldn't be afraid of death. Death is an important part of life. Saturn in fact, is the Planet of Death. I call it the Planet of the 3 D's. Dis-ease, disease and death. But, Saturn, too, is really about Immortality. Because there is no real death. So, instead focus on your Immortality. And watch your impulsiveness. Remember You Can Change Your Stars!
