Each one of your postings is fascinating and instructive and this one was no

exception.I was very escited to read the following in your mail.

learning process.Regarding Chara Dasa,why not try it on a few charts to do an

empirical study and then decide for yourself the correct way of calculating?

Dear all, Namaste.

 

These days I am not able to get time to devote to jyotish, but I am always

thinking about it in my mind and thinking about necessary future steps of my

learning.

 

I am discussiong the immediate course in short so that any fellow learner can

also learn together or may be even suggest me better ways.

 

I guess now I have learnt the minimum basic learning of the very first A B C D

etc like houses and their meaning and I can at least use Vimsottari to the

minimum extent. So I think I should try to move a bit further, with other dasa

systems and divisional charts or other concepts. Because does not matter how

much study I do now, it is not likely possible to predict accurately without

help of other dasa systems, right now.

 

Chara Dasa is something what is fascinating me a lot right now. When out of home

I did some brief reading / overview on it and it is very simple yet interesting

dasa system.

 

But the problem is that, there are so many opinions about this dasa

calculation... and so many interpretations of Jaimini Sutras in different ways.

For an example, P S Shastri wrote that as per Jaimini one year will have to add

when the sign lord is exalted, on the other hand, BPHS, Santhanam edition says

that one year will have to bne added when the sign will have an exalted planet

in it. The matters are totally different ! On the other hand, some say that

Jaimini never mentions about adding extra year so it should not be used at all

!!!

 

I have got ome 5/6 ways to calculate it and would like to check some 10/15

charts with all the ways and see what work in practice - but am not getting the

time. About 12/13 days later I will get a vacation of 4/5 days when I will be

out of home with no PC, then I want to use the time to manually calculate all

logical variations and see what works.

 

Then after getting some minumum idea about Chara Dasa I want to get some

knowledge about Yogini Dasa - I have heard it to be pretty fruitful. Then I

also want to learn Sthira Dasa and Shoola Dasa and see what result I can

conclude.

 

There are two good Dasas I am skipping for now for my own limitations for right

now - Narayana Dasa and Kaala Chakra Dasa.

 

And also, surely, I want to make a try to learn the KP. This system really

fascinates me for it's amazing accuracy and I have got some good proofes about

it. In the journey I read a few pages from one of the KP books I bought and was

amazed by the system mentioned there to predict the day/date of any event.

God... does that really work? :-O

 

I always remember that a KP practitioner named Ilona could figure out the date

of my mother's marriage within 1 day of accuracy, in another list. I told her

the month and year though, but still it is a very credit work, no doubt. She

has explained the whole from a pure KP view. However, the moderator interfared

with a complaining tone in a manner of, "Why you are using KP because it can be

shown by Vimsottari?" I was a bit dissapoint because her list says it is open

for all, like KP etc., but in action freedom is not there. Coming to conclusion

from different ways is something that is very interesting to learn, a soul

perpose of discussion. Members can learn different systems from each other, the

list site welcomes KP but disencourages it in actual action. Also, with mere

Vimsottari it is not possible to time the event so accurately within a day. So

when one times it out better than you, why not letting her use it where you

comitted to respect it?

 

Well, it is a sad memory for me that I had to leave the list for being insulted

and being hunt of bias and partiality, devoid of justice. I am still glad that

I left it from my own before I was expelt or something. And thanks God that I

have crossed the level of knowledge long ago that is being discussed there so

it does not mean any difference to me.

 

It has to be mentioned that the respected moderator of the list herself was

expelt from GJ list by Mr Das Goravani, for contiously attacking SJC and Mr

Robert Koch. SJC is one of the leading schools which has been teaching the

purest approach to Jyotish for absolutely free as founded by Pt Sanjay Rath and

has also so many learned Gurus like PVR Narasimha Rao and so on - we all know

this. It is founded on the holy tradition of Sri Achyuta Dasa Parampara. On the

other hand Mr Robert Koch is a very highly respected senior guru of SJC.

 

I can tolerate disrespect and insult to me but I would not tolerate such insult

and attack on the learned Gurus and my school. I knew this only after leaving

her list, otherwise I would reply her for this and leave. Well, now I see that

it has been really good that I am not with any impure source of learning that

insults respected and knowledgable persons. So I am seeing that it was God's

wish that I leave her list.

 

Sad to see how a person with very low level of knowledge attacks great persons

who are so far more knowledgeable than her. A person can use nothing than only

rashi chart and vimsottari and starts pinching great people and starts calling

herself an astrologer. I know what knowledge she owns and that is only

laughable.

 

There was a series of people leaving her list. For her insult and activities,

one KP astrologer experienced for about 30 years left her list after a public

and open statement in GJ List. Then he started his own list that was welcame by

all and all admitted that there was a need for such a KP list on the net. The

astrologer is a very experienced and well known KP astrologer on the net.

 

It has to be noted that knowledge makes people broad minded, on the other hand

people with very limited knowledge call themselves to be deep spiritual person

and so on, where the behaviour clearly says the fact. Indeed sadening to see

what is going on in the name of Jyotish.

I am also sending details of my brother (Vikas)

According to astorlogy, this person should have lot of

money. As his 2nd house and 11 th house is exalted and

placed in 2nd house with 9th and 4th lord mars in main

chart (rashi chart). His 9th lord Mars is also exalted

in D9 chart as being lord of 7h and 2nd house and

both charts . But unfortunately this person does not

have any money and all his effort to get a job are

going futile. This person is running under venus

dasa. Is thsi possibile for this person to have lot
