Guest guest
Dear: ang cheng hiong I wanted to mention a few things about mantra meditation. Were you taught by a teacher? Yoga, mantra meditation is often described as being best when prescribed or taught by an actual teacher. I can attest to this having grown up in the TM program these last 30 years. And believe me I have had a wealth of my own personal experiences that I was very happy to be able ask teachers about. That has made the progress and benefits...very, relatively smooth over all these years. Now, since I've been studying Jyotish I have begun a great new journey into this new Vedic Science, as well. There is another way to improve yourself and one of the main reasons why I enjoy this 'Jyotish-Remedies' so much; is that practical remedies can be learned for each one of us depending upon our own personal Astrological charts. Have you had your Jyotish chart done before? It's a wonderful thing. Good luck and hope this helped a little bit. Sincerely, Mark Kincaid PS....Oh, yes....I just opened up one of the daily Transit Newsletters that Tanvir suggested I send every day. And I noticed that the format of them is pretty awful If you would like to receive these Daily, Transit Newsletters feel free to contact me directly at m.kincaid. And, again, I'm sorry the format is so hard to read. take care In , "pbfsg" <pbfsg> wrote: > hi, > i told you already. i got very tense and uncomfortable. no images or > others. just tense feelings. actually i am a very tense and nervous > person ahd have abnormal fear of people, and chanting it makes me > even more nervous. can anyone tell me which mantra is suitable for me > to chant? > > > , surya vishnubhotla > <surya_prakashv> wrote: > > Can you tell us what exactly you experience when you > > chant "om namah shivaya?" ... do you get any images in > > your head or what exactly happens? > > > > > > --- pbfsg <pbfsg> wrote: > > > hi, > > > i am new to this group.
