Dear all,

 

I guess I would be able to start posting from today and start the pending works

I have.

 

1. I was reading the chapter no. 46 of BPHS by Santhanam - "Dashas of Grahas"

but there the verses 147-157 are missing which deals about calculating the Chara

Dasa. I am a bit interested about Chara Dasa for a few days and is there anyone

here who has the G C Sharma translation of BPHS and can tell me what the 10

lines say? I would be thankful.

 

2. All authors give different views about calculating Chara Dasa - like Dr

Raman, Prof Shastri, Sri KN Rao... ... and BPHS again gives another view. I

intend to apply the views on some charts and see which one works well. I

collected all the books on Chara Dasa but could not get the one by Sri KN Rao. I

would be interested to know his views exactly, so if someone here has the Chara

Dasa book by KN Rao, we can discuss the methods discussed there - it would be

interesting discussion.
