Hello everyone,

I am a new student of astrology. I would be very

greatful if someone could check my calculation for the

following chart and help with a few problem. I have

attached image of the chart with mail.

Date of birth :2nd Oct 1980

Place of birth : delhi

Time of birth : 14:40 pm

- First, is the native affected by kal sarp yog

- Second, how do i find out regarding sade sati of

saturn I know it calculated when saturn passes from

12,1,2 house of from moon. But I still cannot figure

it how it works.

- Third, accoding to me the native should be wearing a

blue saphair (neelam)

All other input form any of you is welcome.

Regards

Amit Sethi

~ Om Namah Shivaya ~

Dear Amit,

Let me take opportunity to attempt the chart

1) There is no Kal-Sarpa Yoga, rather it is Kal

Amrita Yoga and that too is breaken by moon.

2) Sadesati is calculated, when Saturn Transits in

12th, 1st and 2nd house from Natal moon (birth rashi).

Here natal moon is in cancer, so rashi is cancer. Now

see the position of Saturn. Currently saturn is in

Gemini. Now count from Gemini to cancer, you get a

count of 12, so he is passing through the first phase

of sadhesati. The sadhesati began in 23-07-2002 and

will continue till 09-09-2009.

3) I couldn't understand how you calculated that

native *should* be wearing a Blue Sapphire. Is there

any method to find out, if yes, kindly let me know.

Though Saturn is Lagna lord here, so wearing a blue

sapphire will help this person, as lagna lord

protects. Also kindly note that Saturn is combusted as

well. He is advised to wear Blue Sapphire (if not

wearing presently).

Also Venus is YK for Cap. Lagna, so wearing a natural

diamond will also help the native. Moon is at 00.42

cancer (Punarvasu Nakshatra, 4th pada) so I am not

sure, variation in calculating Vimsottari Dasa *might*

be needed.

Kind Regards,

Neeraj Gupta
