Nature's Astrology: Star Report

Dear Friends:

Traditionally, Jyotish includes 3, Most Important Parts:

There are the Transits, but also, the Dasas, or Time-Periods,

and then finally, the Most Important; is our Chart, itself!

So, far we've been focusing on the Transits, because I find

it extremely important to be able to 'feel' the Stars.

As we 'discover', literally, how significant the Stars influence is in our

lives, then we'll naturally want to know how our 'Charts', differ from others.

So, today, we're adding something New, to our Jyotish Format: And that's to

reflect on the Dasas, & Chart, as well as the Daily, Transits.

I will do this in a way that is very short and not too time-consuming so you can

benefit from it, in spite of hectic

life-styles.

Jyotish is for Life!

Transits

Moon and Mars are both exactly 6 degrees, this morning,

or 'as we speak'.

If you 'feel' a tendency to push your opinion home, or someone

else seems seems to want to do the same to you!,

these are good indications of this momentary Transit.

How to take advantage of this moment?

Utilize Mars' positive side, be dynamic, aggressive, in matters

that don't hurt others, etc.

But, resist, being irritable, or fighting with others.

In a few hours, this 'most' intense moment will begin to subside

and everything will be more smooth.

Till: Wednesday, October 8th....at 1am CDT

when

Moon & Rahu will then collide, at 27 degrees Aquarius...

but this 'other' intensity won't be felt for about 30 more hours.

Moon's still awfully big, so especially enjoy this most, outward,

expansive, dynamic time of the Month.

Other Planetary Influences, today:

Jupiter's,

still in Leo....

at 14:33 deg/mins. degrees today...

Jupiter has a wonderful effect in Leo, this next year.

See if you notice the effects of this positive Transit in the particular

House that has the #5 or Leo, in it!

Mercury

Moves into Exaltation

Now, at 5 degrees Virgo, today.

As Mercury continues moving deeper and deeper into

Virgo, notice the prescribed effects of 'Exaltation'

become stronger and stronger!

o More Clarity of Mind

o Greater Ease at All Communications

o All Intellectual Activities are Heightened

o Writing, Communications, Everything....

Note: Mercury will be exalted from today, 10/3 - 10/21st...

when it goes into Libra.

Sun's,

Still in Virgo....

And today's at 19 degrees, Virgo,

so expect still some strong 'Virgo' effects....

Admittedly...less since Venus has left.

But, Mercury there, too, will express strong tendencies

to be a little 'critical'.

Venus

Recent Movement into Libra!

Today's at 2 degrees, Will soon, begin giving

us some extra Sweet, emotional juice

to enjoy between all!

This Wonderful shift, in terms of the Heart,

will mean,

literally all inter-presonal relations and interactions...

will seem more sweet, effortless, genuine, and fulfilling!

Venus continues in Libra till October 29th....

So, what is the expression?

ah, yes....'Make hay, why the Sun shines!'.....

Mars,

at 6 degrees today, which means it's literally,

directly, bearing down upon the Moon which is also

at 6 degrees!

Mars will continue in Aquarius until

Till December 6th..!, though each moment that

more and more Planets move out of it's 'path'....

will translate in terms of slightly less 'pitta' or 'fiery'

erruptions...

and

Saturn's

still in Gemini...

Today, at, 18: 59 degrees &though it's 3rd House Aspect Upon Leo,

is less intense now because all the Planets have moved on to Virgo

and Libra....

Still.... Saturn's influence, always is very important to watch.

See if you can perceive whether Saturn's being Malefic or Benefic,

Right Now....

And then, you'll know how much 'attention' you need to put on it!

Conclusion of Transits:

 

Moon's getting very big now...

A delight to behold, especially after the intense, crazyness

of the last New Moon period.

Moon & Mars are in a 'Planetary War' this morning,

but very soon, will be moving away from each other...

The Best News, Right Now:

Mercury and Venus are now, both in better Signs.....

Mercury,

has moved into Virgo

where it is Exalted...

and

Venus' is in it's Own Sign in Libra!

So, all significations of

'Intellect'

and 'Heart'....

will be profound over the next few weeks...

Take maximum advantage of these 2 Planets, good times...

and focus on affairs of the Heart and Intellect...

at this time...

both will bring great fruit!

One's Chart:

Our Charts represent undoubtably the most important part of Jyotish.

Our Charts represent all the Qualities, Tendencies and Characteristics that

we will ever face in this life. It's all there!

Learning our Charts is nothing less important than learning about Ourselves!

Finding the 1 to 1 Correspondence between our Lives and our Charts..... is a

tremendous way to learn our Charts.

Primary Benefit: Our Charts have Positive, or Benefic Planets and they also

contain, 'Negative' or Malefic Jyotish Planets or Configurations, as well.

Learning to better Utilize our Strengths or Benefics is one obvious advantage of

learning our Charts...

but.... perhaps the most significant thing we can gain from Jyotish ....

is greater insight into those patterns, and bad habits, and 'under-utilized' or

under-developed parts of us...that the Malefics represent.

See, no one wakes up in the morning and says: 'Well, today, I'm going to go to

work and make a complete mess of 'everything'. I mean I want to have a fight

with Charlie, and have a small to medium accident on the way to work. Then, I

want to get some bad food at lunch and at the end of the day I want to blame

the whole thing on my wife and kids.

But, the fact that this is what happens some times, is indicative of certain

'Malefics' in our Charts...

All of us are in some stage at this very moment at learning certain things about

ourselves. We're all seeking to become better human beings and un-learn any bad

habits, or unhelpful tendencies or 'old' patterns, from the past.

Jyotish, however, has a great potential to literally, help is this area.

And gaining greater Mastery over our Malefics.... is the ticket!

I've been trying to write about the Transits in such a way that you gain

tremendous insight into the Nature of Jyotish, Benefics and Malefics....

Then, when you look at your Charts you will see which are your Benefics and which are your Malefics.

Then, you can begin the really exciting Jyotish Transformation.... of Malefics...

Into Benefics!

Dasas:

Now, the Dasas, which almost literally, mean: 'Time Periods'.... represent the

flavor of those Planets which are being 'highlighted'....

So, if you look at your charts, you will find 3 Primary Dasas 'Levels' which are

probably the most important to follow.

There's the Mahadasas, which means the 'Great' dasa, and is the longest, in

duration. Then, there's the Antardasa, which is the Middle Range One, and then

there is the 3rd level, commonly called 'Bhukti' which is the shortest in terms

of time.

Follow what 3 Planets are Representative of these 3 different Dasas.

You might be in a Jupiter, Venus, Sun ...... period...

Or...a Saturn, Venus, Mercury one....

It doesn't really matter.

What matters, however, is the 'issues' of which Planets will be most prevalant

in your life, are expressed quite clearly by the 'timings' of the Dasas....

So, you'll want to know what 3 levels of Dasas, are you running at each time.

That'll help you understand what aspects of your 'Chart' will you be facing at

every moment!

Now, see if you can begin to feel the Dasas?

If you learn to feel them, like you've learned to 'feel' the Transits, you'll

gain a tremendous insight into this aspect of Jyotish.
