When Mars & Jupiter are together you can count on Hurricanes making landfall. Hugo, Andrew, Isabel, American East Coast. I have not spent as much time checking Asian Weather trends, but would bet the Indian and SouthEast Pacific rim have plenty similar activity. The Cardinal Ingress Charts where rectified by Donald Bradely SVP, and such he added 05' 06" to Chitras position. sort like the difference in Krisnamoorty ayanamsa to Lahiri. I've only checked Ingresses with Fagan-Allen Ayanamsa. Finding Jupiters thunder with rain on the angles!!! Also, Major conjunctions of outer planets often mark catastrophic changes like the Mississippi River flood June 1993 when Neptune-Uranus conj.
