Moon in 12th House and Mercury in Psices

I am here with giving the birth details of a person.

DOB - 13th April 1974, 02:26Hrs

Place of Birth - Berhampur ,Orissa.

 

In the chart I found the following Yogas

 

1) Bhadra Yoga(Sun ,Mercury) in the third house but in the deblited place of Mercury (psices)

2) Dhana Yoga (Moon and Mars aspecting each other ),Moon in 12th and Mars in 6th House

3) Moon is a single tone planet in the chart(no planet except Moon are in

between 7th - 12th house)

 

My question is how about the marrriage of the person as moon the lord of 7th

house is in 12th .How about the persons intellegence and communication skills

as Mercury is in psices.Do you suggest any remedies to be performed for Moon

and Mercury.Pls advise.
