Asc lord in houses

As per B V Raman, Asc lord in various houses might give the following results.

It might be worthy to experiment with charts how and how much these apply in

reality. B V Raman does not forget to mention that strength and other factors

as conjunction, aspects etc will greatly modify these results.

 

1st house

Lives by own exertion, independant spirit, will have two wives or one married and another illegal.

If well disposed, the native becomes famous in own community and country.

 

2nd house

More of gains, teased or worried by enemies, good charactter, respectable and generous hearted.

 

[NB - the results than the first one is not clear to me. Any suggestions or opinions?]

 

Well disposed - he will gladly discharge his duties to his kith and kin.

Ambitious. Prominent eyes, blessed with forethoughts.

 

3rd house

Couragious, fortunate, respectable, two wives, intelligent, happy.

 

[NB - underlined results are not clear by reasons.]

 

Well disposed - Rise in life will be brought by the brothers. Might be famous as

a musician or mathematician depending upon the nature of the sign and planet.

 

[NB - this is clear since 3rd house rules music, writting abilities, etc.]

 

4th house

Happiness from parents, many brothers, well built, materialistic, well behaved, fari looking.

 

[4th house concerns only mother, not so? Why 'parents' then? Asc lord from 4th

aspects the 10th house of father, but B V Raman takes 9th house for this

purpose. So? Does not indirectly he takes 10th in function here?]

 

favourably placed - land properties, esp. through maternal source. Rich, happy,

famous and have conveyances.

 

5th house

First child will die. Not much happiness from children, short tempered, sub

servient and serving others.

 

[Results are not clear. Some are also of 6th house.]

 

Fortified - Good graces of rulers, powerful political parties. Trade or

diplomatic services. Propitiates deities related to the fifth lord.

 

6th house

See the results of 3rd house placement.

 

Additionals - Debts but it will liquidate when periods of Asc lord comes.

 

Fortified - Joins army, gets higher rank, or higher rank in medical servies or health services etc.

 

[NB - There would be troubles from the enemies and lack of health happiness

unless the Asc lord is strong and/or benefic aspect is there.]
