1) how is my chart - good or bad ?

2) what are the yogas formed ?

hi,

with ur details i get 9 deg pisces rising which put rahu in your 7th house.

this may cause trouble in ur married life etc.

 

ur moon th3 pure benefic is in own house in 5th, with lagna lord jupiter

exalted. this means good health and very good prosperity in life and

happniess from progeny. since jup is 10th L being 8th from 10th ur fathers

death or accidant is possible when u have jupiters bhukti or other periods

in life. or jupiter bhukti will cause lack of paternal happiness like

1990-1992 etc...

 

10th L being 8th from it's house gives u some obstruction careerwise and
