intelligent.

The details provided by you shows the person is aquarious rising and

the lord responsible for his studies in Mercury.

right now he is going through saturn dasha which is his lagnesh and

lord of 12th house too.

saturn is placed in 11th house and its 7th aspect is disturbing his

mind to concentrate in studies.

one more thing is that his moon is with rahu and due to thsi

combination the person is always distressed. and remain confused.

one more point is that his 5th lord is in 12th house to its own place

that do creates problems in studies. and the main problem for his

failure is unsupportive location of mercury.

Request to gurujan to correct me if i m lacking something.
