indeed interfereing with the 10th house in a negative way. It is not

Mati-brahmana yoga. Its is actually, Mati-bhramana. Mati is intelligence, and

bhramana is wondering. So it is a combination for wandering intelligence or

insanity. The combination is given in the 300 Important Combinations by Dr. B.

V. Raman, yoga 291-294. Here are the combinations: (1) Guru in lagna and Mangal

in the 7th (i.e. maranakarakasthana) (2) Shani in the Lagna (maranakarakasthana)

and Mangal in the 5th, 7th or 9th bhava. (3) Shani and Krishna-paksha Chandrama

in the 12-th Bhava. (4) Budha and Chandra should be in a kendra aspected by or

conjoined by another graha. Of these, Dr. Raman rightfully doubts the (1)

clause. It is not very justified. In the present case, there is no clause

applicable, although Shani and Mars

together or aspecting in the 1-7 axis is not good. I think other factors must be

taken into consideration and a synthesis of all the grahas mentioned above
