Guest guest
Dear Tarun, Namaskar. 12-th house is losses, giving up etc and 7th house is marriage, business, relationships etc. 12-th lord is the 7th house shows a lot of expenses in marriage/business. For Libra Lagna, Budha is 12-th lord in the 7th house and some people take it as maranakarakasthana for Budha (although I personally use 4th house as maranakarakasthana for Budha). However, Budha also happens to be 10th lord and in the 7th house is not bad at all and shows lot of connections and communications at work (7th is 10th from 10th house). Now for libra lagna, Mangal is in the 12th house. A malefic in the 12-th house is not good as it provides paapa-argala to Lagna (health/intelligence/well being) and also virodhargala to the 10th house accomplishments in career. Mars also happens to be lord of UL and in the 12th house shows expenses in marriage and some discomfort in relationship with spouse unless Mars is in good relationship with Lagna lord Shukra. Again everything depends on the rest of the chart. Guest guest
Dear Tarun, Namaskar. Correction, Budha is not 10th lord, it is 9th lord.
