own house and hence is good for owning homes/real-estate etc. Mars is karaka

for bhumi (land-ownership) and is is good sambandha with Shani having rasi

drishti with Shani, so it definitely has good influence on 4th house matters.

Gajakesari yoga is also good as Vargottama Guru is 2nd lord and 5th lord and

chandra is 9th lord. What is not good is influence A8 and A6 in the 4th house

giving suffering from litigation, court cases, enmity etc. Now the question is

about land dealings (or business) and hence it is not just ownership of land,

but career in real

estate. Hence 10th house and D-10 is involved. Let us look at Shani transits.

Shani is transiting Karka rasi. In the D-10, Karka rasi is in trines to

Chandra, Ketu, Guru of which Chandra is in debility should be noted. Now come

back to the Rasi Chart and see the lordships of these grahas. Chandra is

lording 9th house which is 8th from the 2nd house (dhanabhava). Guru is lord of

2nd house and 5th house. 5th house is 8th from 10th house and hence career is

afflicted. Shani himself is lord of the 4th house which is 8th from the 9th and

hence bhagya can be blocked during Shani transit of Karka rasi. Now let us

analyse the D-10 a little bit more. In D-10, Lagnesha is Shukra in the 9th

house aspected by 9th lord Budha giving Lakshmi yoga and independant spirit in

career (likes to be his own boss). But whether business is possible or not

should be seen from the relative strengths of the 6th and 7th houses. 7th lord

is in Lagna with only graha-drishti on the

7th house (giving desire for business). However, 6th lord (jobs under a boss) is

jupiter and is exalted in the 10th house aspected by karaka Shani with 2nd lord

Ketu conjoining. Although Chandra is in debility, there is a parivartana with

Jupiter and hence strengthen's Chandra. A10, A4, A9 and A2 all are in the 6th

house. From this understanding, Harjeet should be better off with a regular job

and a regular source of income. There is also a kalatra-shaapa with Neecha

Shukra conjoining Surya and Mangal in the 11th house of gains. Hence financial

fortunes may be obstructed. Mangal is the most malefic of the two, and owns

lagna and 6th house. Surya owns 10th house. Hence, difficulties will show up as

litigations, career, depletion of wealth. As lagna lord is involved and as 8th

lord Budha also gets involved (by parivartana) the period Feb-2002 to Sept-2006

is not good, as then Moola-dasa of Sukra-Budha/Mangal/Surya runs. But curse is

not
