Om Namo Namaha

Dear friends,

In the book on " A Catechism of Astrology " it was given that

debilitated planets get their Neecha dosha removed in four ways. One

is a) If the lord of the sign occupied by the debilitated planet or

the lord of the Rasi wherein the debilitated planet has its

exaltation , occupies a quadrant from the Ascendant or the Moon.

Jupiter gets debilitated in Capricorn whose lord is Saturn. Jupiter

gets Exalted in Cancer whose lord is Moon. If Saturn or Moon occupies

a quadrant from Ascendant or Moon, Jupiter gets Neechabhanga. Janma

Rasi is counted from Moon and so invaribly Moon is in first house or

the first quadrant which gets neechabhanga for debilitated Jupiter. Is

my interpretation correct. Please elucidate it.

With regards to all

Dear Venkata Rao Namaste,

As I know your interpretation is correct. But we should not forget difference

between these 2 types of nicabhanga: when lord (of ucca/nica rasi of said

graha) is in kendra from Lagna we can get out from debilitation by our own

efforts (Lagna is me). When this is in kendra from Candra someone helps us to

get out from debilitation.

Hope it helps.

Best wishes,

Voja

Dear Venkata Rao,

Namaskar. When it comes to neecha-bhanga

concept, focus on the idea of choosing quadrants. Quadrants are Vishnusthana's

and sustains us so Quadrants provide strength. A chart is weak when quadrants

are weak. Now, for debilitation of Guru, don't consider Chandra's automatic

cancellation; use the other rules.

Best wishes,

Sourav
